Industrial We have a proven record working with various industries on large and small construction projects. This includes everything from the installation of Sims Machinery fabricated items to full design/build of manufacturing and warehouse facilities. We have crews available for shut-down installation work as well as demolition and concrete work. Commercial We have experience with Restaurants, Medical Offices, Retail, and Condominiums. We can take you from concept through the design phase and then through the complete construction. It is our goal to make this process one that produces confidence in our professional team. Structural Concrete We can design and install structural concrete foundations and walls for any purpose including building foundations, structural walls, containment walls, slabs, equipment foundations, valve vaults, sump pits, product pits/bins, waste drainage trenches, underground pipe ducts and access platforms. Steel We have advantages when it comes to our steel work due to the support of our steel fabrication division (Sims Machinery). We build and install the following in-house: mezzanines, equipment supports, stairs, handrails, and pipe supports. We also design and erect structural steel buildings and pre-engineered buildings to meet any application. ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) Wall Systems We can provide and install ICF wall systems. This is a highly energy efficient concrete wall system that is very beneficial in these economic times. This product has an extremely high r-value as well as great sound attenuation properties.
